I have a 5 yr old that i trained from
a 6 week old pup. I have his AKC puppy papers but never registered him. Hes out of a whispering pines male and a female called white oaks blitz's barbie. Hes been alot of fun and i would like to get a pup from him before something happens.

I have a friend that registered one about 3 years late and it cost him $65 late fee plus $30 registration fee for a total of $95 dollars. That was about a year ago. But like foxxy said I would call AKC first. I have heard about them waiving the late fee in certain cases. My cousin sold a pup to a fellow and the man never registered the pup. My cousin bought the pup back 1 1/2 years later and explained to AKC why the dog was not registered and they waived the late fee.
