Need help posting pics of my pup anyone know how

Go do http://www.hunt101.com and upload your picture to that site. Once you upload it, it will give you a link at the bottom. Copy that link and come over here to this site and do the following:

Click on Img tab
right click after it and paste the link that you copied from hunt101
then click on Img tab once again

should look something like this without any of the spaces in it.

Can someone please resize this pic for me, so I can use it as my avatar. I think it has to be 80 by 80 pixels and 4kb. Thank you very much
