Where is the Foothills Beagle Club located in Upstate SC

Can anyone tell Where the Foothills Beagle Club is located in Upstate South Carolina.

I have mailed a letter to the contact person listed for the club ( Phil Chapman ) that came back udeliverable. His address was in Pelzer, SC

Any information as to the location of the Club or a phone number to someone who might know would be appreciated
