IF a dog is reg AKC or UKC, do you need a breed inspecter to sign the ARHA reg form??

It was always my understanding that ARHA would accept AKC "registration" without a breed inspector or photo, but if you wanted to enter your dog in an ARHA trial, it had to be seen and measured by a breed inspector until it received its ARHA registration.

The only real issue with the AKC beagles is the height. Of course, you competitors in the trials will handle that if your dog is over - LOL! I inspected a pup last Saturday that was 14 3/4 ALREADY (and still growing?). The owner is worried about him going over but I told him not to worry that his competition would not complain until he started winning!
