I for one have always lived by the credo that a mans word is
his bond! unfortunatley in todays world this is not so it seems the younger generation will do anything to get what they want including lying
and cheating
I think Steve is 100% right in following his problem thru to the end
and making it all public!
If this guy stiffed someone for a 300 dollar dog what does he do
as far as his other obligations go? for his superiors to over look the
act is just as much a crime as the original one they should also be brought to light as I'm sure will happen if this gets to the hometown paper
Keep after him Steve

WOW!!! That's a heck of a statement to make.In my dealings with dogs it's not just the young generation but the older generation as well.In fact the most of the honest people i have met is the younger folks.Just please don't try to put this in one generation because it's the older fellas that know all the tricks that you got to becareful of to.

I would guess it would depend on How old YOU are as to what as to what is
the younger generation!
At 75 years we have run the whole gamut of dog dealers and speak from
way back when most thought more about the hound Than the dollar!
today its the ego trips and the dollar that is having too much of an influence
on the breed too many medicore hounds being bred and peddled as
top quality when in fact they probably aren't

I find this topic of utmost importance for the beagle world. It is important for us all to insure that honest and complete transactions are achieved. I hope the thread goes on. I want to know the identity of anyone who makes bad trades so I can avoid them.

If indeed, the Ky. authorities said and implied what it seems they did, this is also unsettling to me. These are public officials who should be responsible.

This guy must be a real tool. Over $300.00 he won't save his name. What is one's name worth? I guess I am just old school. :bozo:

Yeah but Jimmie I met your current wife at the AKC trial in Jackson, Ohio. She seems like a good person, she travels to the hunts and seems to enjoy it.

So wasnt that $200K worth it? :D
