I had heard that the customer service at Sport Dog was good, but I had no idea how good. I called today to find out how long (+/-) it would take for them to check out the two units that I have. The young man took my information, asked what problems I was having, and then told me that two new units will be sent out today. All I have to do is pack the old ones in the box with the prepaid return label, and return them.
I couldn't believe it! I was prepared to not be able to run for a couple of weeks. I was just wanting them to be fixed prior to Thanksgiving Day! I was seriously thinking about getting the Tri Tronics (and I still may), but Sport Dog almost has me sold on their customer service and warranty alone.
Two thumbs, and two big toes up to Sport Dog!
