Found Beagles in Milford, CT

Dear XXX,

I am Officer Rick George animal control officer for Milford, Ct. Yesterday
we retrieved 3 different beagles that were apparently dumped in Milford by a
woman and man in a black pickup truck. Two of the dogs are chipped, one
comes back to a deceased man from New Hampshire, a Mr. David Smith from New
London, New Hampshire who bred a very specialized ticked hunting beagle. We
would really like to apprehend the individual responsible for dumping the
dogs, any insights or contacts that you could give us would be greatly
