beagle magazines

I'm going to subscribe to a rabbit hunting magazine and need some help. I have order forms for Better Beagling, The American Beagler and Hounds and Hunting Magazine. I think there was another one that placed more emphasis on hunting than field trial results but can't remember which one. Does anyone receive any of these and which do you like best.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Just my opinion for whatever it is worth. The Rabbit Hunter to me is about worthless.About 2/3'rds of it is nothing but up-coming trials and the results of past trials. You can get all of that off the computer. The North American Beagler is only slightly better and is really geared to the U.K.C. trials and I don't know anybody in my acquaintences that go to them.Hounds and Hunting has nothing in it for me or any of the beaglers I've ever known. They are exclusively dedicated to the brace beagle fraternity and the much slower /conservative type hound.I like the Better Beagling magazine the best and I think since Ralph and Sarah Harrington have bought it it has gotten even better with more stud ads, super good color pictures, excellant interviews with some of the sports top beaglers, etc Plus they tend to showcase the type of hound that I keep; A.K.C. registered hounds that excell in the Large Pack Hare trials and the Mid-West Gundog trials.
