That property belongs to " GENESIS YOUTH CENTER". They have a fire there and use them as bleachers. That is why the pavillan and Pic Nic tables are there for. It makes a great playing spot for the pups while the dogs run. They take really good care of the kids and try to provide them with a home atmosphere.
