I've been using this method to dress rabbits for the last 3-4 years. It works like a charm. When you first try it, It may take a few times to get it right. But it is the only way I clean rabbits. The trick is to tuck the hide into the belly as much as you can, this keeps the guts from pushing out into your hands and also gives you a sort of knot to pull on.....Deerhost.
