You can hunt rabbits all year long in KS, I don't know what the limits are but it is all year long. You can try doing a google search for Kansas Fish and Game or DNR...

pull up the kansas dnr web site. you will think you have hit the lotto. there is no season and they have walk in hunting. it will show where and you don't have to ask anyone. they pay farmers to open their land to public hunting. we are going the first week of january I will take beagles and my cousin will take setters. there is over a million acres of this land.
