Ron, If one asks for opinions on here, he can get quite a few in short order. But to ask for opinions backed up by facts is a thread killer. Facts often get in the way of what one knows, and a lot of folks have very little use for them. Had you not asked for some knowledge to base their opinion on, this thread would have likely received 40 or more replies. I do suspect that one of the folks that has replied already may have seen them both run though.

Could you describe both with strenths and weaknesses? I think a lot of people would really be interested in an informed opinion. I know I would like to read a detailed description of both.

THANKS!

What dog while he was alive would have been a match for Jack, not wanting to jump your thread.Jack was trialed plenty enough to have run against some other fine hounds that would make him work for it.Or the hound out there that never did run against him but you wish you could of seen them go.I'm not sure they were around at the same time but I've always thought Jack and Ace in the Hole would be my dream match.Good post

Not wanting to jack this thread either but I am sure I read some place where Branko said when Heli-Prop was young and he took Jack and Heli-prop to a trial together he knew he was going to get 1st and 2nd place but he just didn't know which dog was going to win on that given day.
