rabbit season upon us all!!!!!!!

boys rabbit season is coming upon us all, just wanted to here some of you fellas opinions on how many you think you will kill this season... or how many hundred your goal's maybe. be respectful keep the fighting down!!!

My goal is to harvest one every other trip if I have a young dog on the ground.

I don't eat a bunch of them and you sure cant run them when there dead....lol

I eat rabbits a lot and I have teachers here asking for some and I want to make a big rabbit fry for the MU Florida tailgate!!

Project killing a Dozen this year!

Yeah its getting ready to go down here in northeast missouri. The last few years I've only killed about a dozen each year but after some guys went in last year and wiped um out at our running grounds, I figure my young dogs could benifit from some good long days of gunning. To say the least the rabbit population is about to decrease. I'm putting the single shot up and rolling out the new 410 pump.

You know I ve not been in 3 years now.can t believe I said that.In the young days I could not wait for rabbit season.daddy past away last year and we had to put mom in the rest home.Its just not the same.I just don t care about it now.maybe some day it will come back.Let me tell yall something.Don t matter what kind of beagle you like.Enjoy it why you can.Yall go get them rabbits this year,Shoot one for me.Have Fun.

Number killed doesn't matter. It's enjoying a day that will never come again. Good dogs, good friends, a chase or two is rewards enough. Good luck to everyone and be safe and legal.

I run 2 different packs per day.
And will try my hardest yo kill one in front each pack.
But it has to circle at least once and present a good shot for my Snake charmer single shot 410

Like to get 20 or so. More interested if seeing my dogs don't get a little better though, as I will give majority of the rabbits taken to hunting partners, or to a couple.folks I know that can't get out amymore that enjoy the taste of a fresh bunny.

Going for a 100 this year. I only get to hunt twice a week so its possible to get 100. I shoot off the jump if I kick it up I usually shoot it or at it. Rabbits are so pressured here they usually go straight to a rock pile.
