Astro 320

I purchased an Astro 320 from a guy and he included the Birdseye Imagery that he never installed. I tried to install it from the garmin site but it won't let me because the device is already registered to him and it won't let me access it. Is there a way I can re-register the product? All I really want to do is install the Birdseye. Any suggestions?

Have previous owner delete the unit from his list of registered devices. He will have to log into his Garmin account page in order to do this.

Thank you for the advice, I didn't know you could do that. I just sent the seller a pm asking him to remove it from garmin.

If you get him to give you or change the password to the account or update it to your email and a password you know you'll be able to use the subscription he paid for.
