many years ago i was in the final cast of the NC State ARHA LP trial and saw Cress's Commanche Tracker run and win the champion class He could really drive a rabbit and stay hooked up I was very impressed. I also saw Smith Weedeater Rudy run and win the grands. Both these dogs were outstamding ones for sure. I saw IFC Awfulbawlin Viagra run cottontail a few times when I go stay and run at Art Beamers I often wondered how they stack up and believe they could held their own who knows maybe come out on top in a big southern briar patch. Many years apart so who knows. When you run cottontail through a meat grinder it really shows whats in the tank. Steve Church

I have a 7 year old dog that's pretty heavy in McCutchen dogs on both sides of her pedigree I plan on breeding to try and keep the bloodline in my kennel. Here is a link to her pedigree and pics if I do it right at least. http://s2.excoboard.com/Eagletons_Murl_ ... 08/2435206

I just gave 2 away a few weeks ago that we got from cpc 5 or 6 yrs ago. They were pretty good rabbit dogs but the kids down the road wanted them for house pets

Hated that Half Track got killed at such a young age, he was a son of Cress's Big Red Tracker which was as nice of a rabbit dog as you could ask for, I had Half track running in the wild on his own at 3 months old, would carry him out 5 & 6 nights a week and just sit back and listen to that little dog pound a rabbit, he never ran a deer on me and was a natural great hunting & handling dog, Red Man was just the opposite up till he was around 4-5 yrs old :D but he sure was a reproducer .

Silas I've had a lot of fun with the red dogs over the years. I've got quite a few of them in my dogs pedigree. What can you tell me about Goforths Red Pistol Pete Tracker? Saw him on your site and really liked the way he looked. Wonder if anyone has him up close?

Pete was hard hunting with a HUGH mouth, could run the fire out of a rabbit but was just a upper med speed dog, in ARHA LP he would about always get a 3 minute minus or 2 but very seldom misused out.
