Do most of you guy's feel there is a differance between biulding a pack.
Verses having four or five dog's that are good at trialing>?

I have a few decent dog's. I think there pretty good togeather as a pack.
We have taken 175 rabbits with these dog's up here in michigan this year.
The weather has been horrible and have only had a few really nice days.
But these dog's hunt close and hard and I have them trained to handle very well.
Although I don't believe some of them are fast enough or snappy enough to make it in the mid west.
They are breed that way.
Just wondered what you guy's thought.

I think you meant trialing not trailing? I have some good hounds that I enjoy, they might not do so well in a LP trial, but they are a joy to me. I think the trial hounds are also good hunting dogs . The trials help a beagler discover the faults that the hounds may have. :D
