Yes I'm sure it is right . I also tried it and could'nt get it so maybe something is wrong with the site.

Where are you located? I have mine done in Circleville, Ohio. Very good work and they do all from hats to coats to shirts. Let me know if they are close enough to you. They do shipping too. Dawgy
