Good looking pictures. You taking your pictures on top of the only grassy hill around is really doing us some injustice buh!
Now they are gonna think the dogs have some easy running.

One more thing. I can see putting pictures of your kids and dogs on here, but man...........I mean MAN!! Did ya have to put a picture of your mug on here? LOL

Yea Bopeye i didn't do ant justice to the area where we hunt or as we call it briar patch and thorn city and it's all head high [to me that is].

As for my pic you know it wouldn't take the first time, but i finally got on there, i had to add something to help the looks of this board besides Bev's beauty.LOL

Do you want to know why it wouldn't take your picture the first time?
The computer thought it was being attacked by a "computer worm". :loser: :haha:

Yea Bev know's i mean what i say, and as for the worm virus at least i was small enough to be put on 1 page, and didn't fill the hole frame.

Hey Tom good to hear your happy with the pup i hope it turns out to be a great hound, at least from her name she should be a hot one for sure.lol
We are working on our club here still and hope to be having our first meeting before long at the Homestead tower soon i will keep you informed as to when. we have already got some land donated to have fun runs for the members, on a weekly bases as for now hope to be building a running pen so, but we are starting out slow right now.
Maybe we can get jumpdog to come up and talk to us alittle bit when we meet. Give me a yell if you want to run this weekend. 931-484-6573

Great example of taking them hunting young. No doubt, if everyone took the same interest and initiative with their children, there would be fewer problems with them. True story, the first time my daughter (who will be 3 on the 7th) went with us running the hounds, a rabbit nearly ran into the wheel of her stroller. Yes, her stroller. My son is dying to go, so we're going in the morning. He has a 28 gauge but it is a little too much for him. He shoots it but it is a single shot and pops him pretty good. he's accurate with it, but I don't want him to develop a flinch, so I'm backing him off to a .410 for a while. I hunt with a TC Contender in a .410 myself.

Dramey yes it's true you start them out early and you will keep them out of trouble and like i say to everyone is if nothing else i've got 2 of the best hunting partners a guy could ever have and i'm never having to look for someone to hunt with cause there always ready to go.

i will borrow the line from Chad and Jason on there Briar Patch tape and that is.You take your child hunting and you won't be hunting your child later.

Good luck with you and the little mans hunt. Hope you do well. And i'm with you it is better to start him with the 410 ga. first off, then move him up to the 28 ga later.

What's even better than that buck is that i filmed the hole hunt and the kill in the tree next to him and that is something that will be passed down to his kids and down the line.

That's why these days i take the camcorder and the camera along on all our hunts and they take the gun's, so they can show there kids that this is what me and my dad use to do in our spare time.

I sure wish i could show my kids the great hunts, and the times me and my father had when he trained bird dogs. They would flip out, to watch us in them day's. Man it was fun.
