I just enjoy the bull sessions that go along with the hunt.

A bull session amongst beagler?..............How can that be? :)
Plow, if you just get 80% of the rabbit then that means that Darrin will be getting the other 20%. I just hope mine will stay within a hundred yards of the pack.

The other night Darrin and I were chatting with Redsrule and that poor boy seems to think he has some dog power too. Can you imagine him being that disillusioned...........poor guy. ;) :P

It would be fun guys, we'll have to see if we can't get a little closer to Darrin to save him a four hour boat ride, just to chase a few bunnies.
If we can't then we'll just find someplace here or there or wherever.
I'm game............ :)

Even if you boys dogs are running the rabbit, I'll bet I shoot the most anyway..............  :yikes:

Red got them culls from me, so I wouldn't worry about him too much. lol

If you out shoot me, please don't tell Tnbeagleman about it, he loves to rib me about my cap gun (4-10)
He will cheat on you if you hunt at his place, he knows where every rabbit lives & stands straddle of the hole & waits on them for the kill, but he still only gets about 1 out of 5 that way. lol

Seriously, I will have to say its hard to find any better bunch of fellers to be around than these ole lying rabbit hunters. lol
I can't wait until my boy gets old enough to shoulder a shotgun so I can get him in the woods with some of these characters to start his education.

20% James? I'll be lucky to get 1-2% with my peanut rollers....

Whats wrong with bushwhacking the bunny at his refuge hole Plow (j/king)... ? I've been know to stand atop the hog hole a time or two myself and scalp `em with my little 410 too.....  Funny, a hunting buddy of mine said I was cheating too last year when I did that...hummm...maybe I have been cheating? Nah, not when you shoot as bad as I do.... I usually havta carry a trash bag with me to carry out all my hulls I've shot up during the day and 1 ziplock baggie to carry my one rabbit...

If you also shoot a 410 Terry, please carry a few extra shells with you in case I need to borrow a few more than what I brought...

I'm already looking forward to our Patch Hound Extravangza this winter...!

Steve, I do have one in the litter with quite a bit of ticking on him! I'll post a picture of him below for ya!

We gonna allow James and Tom Clouse to invade our lemon dogs with any of the off-color Sock It To Me hounds, or they havta run `em seperate? LOL....! (I'm hiding the fact I still have one tri-color To-Me dog here, LOL)...

My 2 males Randall & Diamond Rio put on a show, generally the gyp's are hard to be out done but this morning the boy's held class. The gyps werent slacking any
and done real well too.I was very pleased with all of them with these hot dry conditions.Sure be glad when fall get here.
Take care of those pup. Count me in on the big hunt with the Crossville

Don't sweat it Pat. One of my little pot lickers that's out of some Superior Patch stuff and Plows stuff is a tri-color. She'll stick out some, but that will be o.k.
I just hope she sticks out in the right way some day. :)

Maybe you can make the Tennessee State LP hunt in September.
Tom and I will be heading that way and maybe Plow and Darrin will be there as well.
I know Redsrule will be there with his Patch dogs.

Should be some real fun.
I hope you can make it.

Donnie, I went to the last trial at Mountain City. Had lots of fun and the guys there were very friendly. They're having another one on 8/27 but I looked at my schedule and I'll be gone with my family on summer vacation that week. There is a UKC trial in Boone, NC on 9/3 that I'm hoping to make.

Randy, I'll let you know soon if the deposit arrives for this female. In the original picture at the beginning of this thread, she is the 2nd one from the left. :)
