Go to http://www.photobucket.com start an account . Once you have an account you can click on the browse images and browse through all the folders and pictures they hold in your computer . Just click on the picture a couple of quick clicks , the click on upload . Once your pic uploads just copy and paste the img link or the url link and add it from photobucket to yor post . If you need more help just let me know .

OH YEAH , If you delete the pic from photobucket it will no longer appear
on the forums That's when you see a big blank space where the pic used to be
