I too have noticed this.....as a matter of a fact it happened to me yesterday. The dogs drove the rabbit out of hearing distance and back. When it came back it was slow hopping along until it saw me then it jumped into a thicket. Once the dogs got to where it was they couldn't pick it up after that. Good to know cause I thought my dogs just sucked :lol: .

LOL that's what I always say! A lot of times the rabbit makes huge strides when it sees you also, I'm sure that has something to do w/ it also...
