Tape worms

I seen where you could order Canine AllWormer also,but I called my vet before I ordered the Drontal and asked him If he sold It and he did,and for the same pill I was ordering,he wanted $10 dollars each for them,so I saved about $30 by getting It from Petshed.

I use Strongid, the vet say it will not only take care of the worms but will kill the eggs, and that is probibly why they come back. i use ivomectin for heart worms.
No problems with worm when i started using it. 100ml bottle is $18.00

I don,t think strongid will kill anything but roundworms and hookworms. It will not get the tape worms or whip worms.

I wish I could remember what the vet gave me when one of my dogs got tape. I've looked all over for that vet bill or the bottle and can't find it. I know it was pretty expensive for a half a dozen pills.
He told me not to even treat for tape unless I see 'em. I don't know why, but that's what the man said. If someone will give me an idea of the dosage and schedule for Drontal, I may start using it.
Does Happy Jack Tape wormer work?

I have a half-full bottle of HJ Tape Wormer pills here that I'll send ya if you want `em....but I feel they didnt work very well. I like several Happy Jack products, like their Milkade and their Kennel Dip, but their tape worm pills, well.....

Have used HJ, Panacur, Strogid T, and NO MO Tape worm remedies for tapes. All failed to get 100%. Only the Droncit got 100%
