Yup. I 'll endorse Gundog Supply too. I called Lion Country once to ask a simple question about my 220. The guy spent a couple minutes seeing if I bought the unit from them ( I couldn't remember where I got it.) He couldn't find my name, so he wouldn't answer my question. I had bought from them before because I had their catalog. They lost a customer. Collar Clinic set me straight. Both companies have great customer service.

I will continue to support them aslong as they continue to make their product in the good ol USA. Some people will run right out and buy these foreign products without batting an eye. I can't make myself do it.

They may be made in the USA but there customer appreciation and service sucks !! I like to support our great USA as much as possible but when it comes to spending my hard earned money it won't be with Tri Tronics sorry crap stuff even if it is made in America.

the more business you give to the foreign market the harder your money will be to earn.
