That kind of reminds me of the time when I asked my wife what she wanted for our anniversary. Her reply was that she wanted a divorce! I quickly let her know that I wasn't planning on spending near that much! LOL

Humble, Just pay the man! I mean my God ain't you got anymore dignity than this. You look like a complete fool on here not to mention a no good thief, makes you a dirty cop as far as i can see. Just remember man just because you get paid to inforce the law doesn't mean that you are above it or untouchable. Steve is most definetly a man of his word with legal tools that will support him and it's obvious that he's gonna take you through the ringer if he has to just to expose you, looks like your allready standing there pretty buck naked. Save yourself and your dept. anymore humility and pay the man.

I would be sure those bass pro cards are good as well before sending puppy papers or posting anything. Not that I wouldn't trust him or anything like that.

There should be a number on the back of those cards that you can call to verify the amount on the cards.
The guy probably came across the cards somehow and is trying to pas sthem as money.
Personally I wouldn't accept them, but you probably just want the whole ordeal over with...

A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. I'd accept them and be done with it.

Shut up, who got splattered besides the guy that had it coming. I would expect anyone with a brain to know that he wasn't referring to everyone that lives in that state and I would also expect someone to do the same to me if I was trying to cheat them out of their money. And also the guy said he would keep posting until the issue was resolved and that's what he's doing. If you don't like it there is no rule saying you have to read this thread. Sorry for jumping all over you but I think any cheat/thief should be exposed to the fullest. JMO
