wow I have more respect for both you guys. Joeyman love what you do and the compassion for the sport. Great videos and for what I can tell with out ever meeting in person a stand up person nice dogs to boot. Matt you have great hounds. I watched one of your females that may be one of the top check dogs I have ever seen and Blade is awesome even for his age. You run pretty much as hard as anyone and has paid off in the hunts. But silly arguments like this are ridiculous. my kids get on here and read this. And for me it is like listening to my 3 sons in the next room. Joeyman you and Matt enjoy the same sport. It is not about how many hunts you win, how many rabbits you kill or if my dog is better than yours. It is about being happy do what we do running dogs. Just my opinion

Wow wildhare you even put down the briars here in SC. Here is a open invite to you also come on down and bleed some. I got a hundred bucks for you if you come in the summer and walk about a 1/4 mile through one of theses cut downs. No brag just fact! Easy money. Only condition no tools or walking stick to beat briars. You can wear briar protection clothes.

MAN............I guess I'm never gonna have any good dogs then cause I don't trial so how will I ever know if they're any good or not without a judge to score em??? Oh, I guess I'll just assume since I can kill rabbits over them...........and since they please me that they're what I'm looking for.

It cracks me up that some trialers think a judge and a trophy are the only things that can tell you how good your dogs are. And some hunters think the only way to tell is by how many bunnies you can stack up on the tailgate. The truth of the matter is it's neither. I could have the worst dogs on the planet but as long as I'm happy with them then that's all that matters........that and as long as I don't just run my mouth about em whether they're good or bad.


Maple, again he may be but between yesterday and this morning on here as far as I'm concerned he's an . Anyone with an ego that big will never fit in my pack..........I don't care how good their dogs are. The funny thing is for being such a good guy I still never heard him apologize for probably misunderstand joeyman's first post and he should be the first one to man up and do it............without it having to be brought to his attention. Then I would expect everyone else to follow suit......but the odds of that all happening are probably about as good as the odds of me having a good pack of beagles someday seeing as how I don't trial.

I hear ya BunnyBlaster you make some very valid points. spencer boy will probably never apologize and you know what if he does or doesn't it won't matter cause people have seen what type of person he is. That's alright he can trash talk my dogs all he wants and try to get me to come out and run against him. I don't really know what it'll prove. If he beats me so what I have never claimed to have the best dogs. Never have never will. All I do is like to share my hunts like to share what I'm working with at this time like to share pictures like to share videos. Why? cause its fun for me to share with you all and I hope everyone likes my threads that I create. And hope everyone continues to view them cause I'm gonna keep sharing them. Think people see someone succeed and that puts a target on your back. Its just jealousy or not wanting to see others do good.

spencer i'm glad you do well in the trials thats freakin awesome. bring a camera next time take some pics of your success and share it will us all in the field trail section of the board. It'll give us all something to view while we're stuck at work and expose more people to field trialing. But if you continue the I'm better than you card or the my dogs are better I win this and that you are only gonna shy people away from not only you but field trialing in general. thats my and only my opinion

I also don't understand the if you're on the computer posting all the time you must have bad dogs or not have dog or never run your dogs. that is hilarous to me. keep thinking that. I may be on here posting alot but i'll tell you this I run dogs more than you think. Ive got puppies to train I got young dogs to run I got older dogs to keep in shape. I run year round, I gun hunt as hard as I can thru-out gun-season and if you this its BS YOU ARE WRONG!!!

Maple we run marsh rabbits, my hounds are no better than any others on here. I have a little envy sometimes when I see the vidoes on here and folks say how nasty the bush is. What I mean by that statement is I wish I had a place like that to run. Its a great place to hunt for the simple fact there is so many rabbits. A high dollar briar suit here will only last a couple of years. I enjoy having folks come and hunt, we always have plenty of running, lots of good food and tons of laughs. When folks ask what I feed my potlickers I tell them grits and briars. I will give you a example of how bad the briars are here, My hunting buddy and I invited a group of trialers and their branko hounds last year, we turned loose around 7 am they were back in their trucks at 7:15am headed home, My buddy ask why they were leaving, they answered we do not hate a rabbit that bad. There is a board memeber on here that hunts with me every yr, we have a great time. It might not be the nasties hole in the world but it could rate very high. Maple I have not run a true swamp rabbit in years, when I was a kid we had swampers in the wateree river basin they were super fun to run. These marsh bunnies are super tricky and love to swim, It makes for some great running. Tally - Hooo, I try to get new kids into the sport every year and really enjoy taking some seniors every year, the seniosr get a pass to stay on the paths and road. All other must bleed some.

I would bet, that in the field, you would have a blast with any of them on here, and that they are real down to earth guys. Alot of yesterday was just joking and such, as we had emailed back and forth, razzing on each other, Ive talked with Joey and Matt, both seem like fine fellas to me, and Jimbo is just as funny as he can be, maybe a lil nuts..but still a pretty good fellow.. When youve talked with the players it shines a different light on some of the post, and adds a twist of comedy to it all. I can say this with my rib and back broke, it about killed me yesterday laughing at these post.

Funny most every friend i claim was made over top of hounds, we dont always have to agree but we seem too cuss over whos what and whos are the greatest. Joeyman believed in my cull, we will see what happens come rabbit season, bunnyblaster u made a post this am that pretty well summed it up for me, even though ur a yankee.Matt spencer we all have fillings even me lol.Dont be soo ruff on us, we all have what we like i suppose we feed em dont we? Peyton get that back straight and make a trip over, bring the pain pills ill buy the beer. .........ya know it really is just a brotherhood of guys bored at work, wishing they were gutting dogs.Sc i would like to come down and hunt with ya, i wont load in 15 mins i been bloody before and ill be bloody again.
