Prayers For Dad

Took Dad to hospital yesterday complaining of weakness and short of breath. As of now they have gave him 4 units of blood and 1 unit of platelets. They have done bone marrow test for Leukemia waiting on results also checking for blood infection. Dad is 88 until now could out walk me. Your prayers would be greatly appreciated

Update on Dad They have given him 4 units of blood and 1 unit of platelets they did a bone marrow test for leukemia and are checking for blood infection when we go in his room we have to wear gown, gloves, face mask, he has good attitude should no results from tests Monday. I appreciate the prayers and the words of encouagement

Good luck with your father and God's strength with you all.
We've been with my father for 8 months now, lot of ups and downs but God has carried us.
You have to be a advocate for your father, many things are slow to come or happen if no one is there to speak for him. If something doesn't seem right don't be afraid to question doctors and nurses. They are only people too, and may not allow doubt to over ride their pride.

Update on Dad got results from tests there is no cancer of any type. They moved him to more isolated room still not making blood red blood cells way to low along with platelets. Your prayers and kind words are greatly appreciated
