Sure did enjoy reading the Laws about RABBIT running up there in the cold Country !! How well, I understand the difference in a Rabbit and a Hair..
I think the States,, are want makes the Laws for us Small game hunters in All States.

Now listen to this, here in Georgia you can not catch a Rabbit in a trap or box, until the Season is Open?
You can not catch one on your OWN Property, until the season is open then you have to have a Trapping License..

Reason I know I been Given a Ticket for trapping rabbits on my Own. Property on a few occasions, but I now have a Commercial Trapping license ! At one time had to get it renewed ever year, now that I am over 65 ,, Hello It Free !!

You would think wildlife officers would have something better to do than harass good citizens. Killing coyotes and feral cars would save more rabbits.
