Assuming your talking about height, most dogs reach their height by 1 year old. For AKC purposes a dog can not get an official measurement until they reach 18 months old.

Most dogs on a healthy diet will continue to fill out in the chest and sturdy up for as long as 3 years. In my experience some dogs take longer than others to fill out.
