Hip and joint

My older male is starting to act a little stiff after running a while.. I'm sure some of it is my fault from letting them get outta shape but back at it finally... But is there anything vitamins/supplements/etc I can give to him to help from getting as stiff? Thanks!

Nupro silver...it has Glucosamine.....extremely good stuff...get mine in 20 pound tubs....Petflow.com now....Chewy stopped carrying it....
