Can a DC30 blue charging light burn out, (on one side)?

Both sides blink red when activated, but one side doesn't turn blue while charging. The other side does turn blue. ?

I have had the LED lights quit on training collars and still work , can't say on a tracking collar but should be easy to test

I had one of the dog supply companies tell me it was typical for only one of the dc 30 blue lights to light up while charging. After this original post, i noticed my just purchased, reconditioned, dc 30 collar was only lighting up one blue light, too; so, i thought it might be my charger that was the issue. Thats when i was told that many dc 30's only light up one blue light while charging. Anyone else hear this?

I have 7 30's, gps all are like that n work fine
