In case anyone might like to watch or participate, the registered hound packs from around the world are having an online virtual hound show, starting July 17 until August 21. COVID 19 cancelled most of the live hound shows usually held during summertime, so this is a sort of replacement.
In this show will be foxhounds, harriers, bassets, beagles, staghounds and more from North America, France, England, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. There is a catalog on the website that tells how the overall champions will be decided.
You can take part in the public voting, or just watch the action/results at www.virtualhoundshow.com. You must register for this, but registration is free and easy. There is also an online auction of hunting items/trips, vacations and other items to support various packs.

The Hound Show start was delayed until July 31. Apparently 250 hunts from 7 countries sent entries, so additional time was needed to organize the entires for viewing. Sounds like this is going to be huge. Gotta check out the beagles from England and France.
