Bluetick Studs

Just wondering everyone's thoughts on which bluetick studs out there are producing the hardest hunting hounds. I'm talking about hit the brush like a dozer, hunting on the run, come out bloody type dogs. I see where there are several out there that are this type of hound, but which ones are consistently PRODUCING this type hound. Color doesn't run the rabbit, but in this case blueticks are what I'm looking for.
Thanks in advance,
BiL Wham

As one can see Smokey has influences from both worlds. Not only does he have touches of famous harehounds, but also cottontail bloodlines that showed up in the results of many early Mid-West Beagle Gundog Association trials. As long as I've dealt with hounds, I have never seen a more complete hound. He has the looks, he has more hunt that anyone could ever ask for, he has the line control, he has the brains, and an abundance of foot. No dog is perfect, but I can honestly say there's very few things that Smokey makes a mistake at, if any. Had Smokey got lucky like many of the hounds running/ran in the 13" male class in AKC trials, there's not a doubt in my mind that he would have finished easily. Smokey measures 13 1/4" to 13 1/2".
I have confidence that my hound can help improve anyone's breeding program, and more than willing to show Smokey to anyone interested. When bred to large females Smokey will throw 15" offspring and in turn when bred to 13" females he throws 13" offspring.
At this time, offspring from Smokey's oldest litters are now not only consistently making winners pack, but also winning and placing in licensed trials, all-age qualifiers, and derby trials.

there is a guy that lives in the eastern panhandle of West Virgina, that owns a blue tick named Blizzard. that just went to grand champion on Saturday. this dog i judge and this is once in the life time dog. this dog has no fear of brush pills. great speed.
The pup that this dog produce. just went out and took over the hunt in Maryland yesterday. this pup is a dozer in the brush just like her dad is. Blizzard is a hunters dream come true. the man's name that owns this power house. is Steve Tripple.

Blizzard is about 15 inches, and he is akc. i spelled Steve's last name wrong. it spelled Tripplet. I judged him on Saturday and it was great to watch this dog work. I was aganist this dog's pup in the open class on Saturday. and she won the open class. Blizzard won the champion. and the pups mother, Abby place second in the Champion.
If you want to talk to Steve he will be at the Old Field hunt on Sunday.
