I have a 16 month old female,is she old enough to have puppies?thanks for info

The question is is she good enough? How does she run? does she have a lot of faults? Is she what you want in a beagle? To many people breed just to breed. Not giving you a hard time just do your homework first! It could save you a lot of headaches in the near future. And to answer your question yes she is physically able to be bred. Good luck Tom Gross

Coopers right I have 2 females I bought with intentions of breeding but after running them for awhile only one will make the grade for reproduction. Theres already enough bad blood

I have abitch I bred once. That was enough for me. Having the pups for 8 weeks is a lot of work. The real hard part though is finding good homes for the pups you don't want. I had to place 6 and in the end it was heartbreaking. So think about what you will do with the ouos. It cost me more to raise the litter than I made on pup fees. Keep that in mind too. Good luck.

Some of people will breed just to make a buck! They act like they care about the breed when they really care about the money.
