Bet so! I can tell you that I wont be travelling much until this craziness is over. I just hope this ends before winter, I dont want to cancel my hunting trips I have planned, but if gas stays this high, I wont be going.

We just held our annual Labor Day LP trial and the entries were down about 50 per cent. Gotta believe gas prices had a lot to do with it. Vermont Beagle Club did, however, have very good running and weather for the event. Got to have some good right? No one knows where this gas thing is headed, but it doesn't sound good and will probably effect our sport.

Fuel is declining here $2.87 a gallon. They said out of the 8 refineries knocked out by the storm 3 should be back up and running to about the same compacity this week. I believe those are at @ 70% right now. The port where most of the oil comes in is supposed to be back to full swing hopefully this week It is only operating at 75%. So hopefully it will keep falling. I can see a shortage of gas and diesel and oil with 8 refineries shut down from damage one of the largest oil ports in the US was shut down Especially when each one pumps out millions of gallons a day Then have it shut down for a week that is alot of fuel.
