Does anybody know of a good honest attorney or organization that understands dog trialing and can offer legal advise. Feel free to reply on this topic or send me a PM.
Thanks

Good...........honest...............ATTORNEY? My wife is a paralegal, and after 13 years of having to physically threaten bodily harm to two of her previous employers due to verbal abuse, I don't see the three words working very well together except in a very minute percentage of cases. I do remember one good, honest attorney that lived too short a life. I would check with the NKC and ask who represents them, or even the AKC.

Mr Ramey, I seriously doubt that I will ask the NKC who represents them. LOL

Now that there is funny.....I dont care who you are! LOL!
Sorry Dale but your going to have to admit you did at least crack a smile when you read that one! LOL!
Seriously, A few years ago I heard about a guy that sued a registry for something. I cant remember the details or even who it was but im sure someone on here does. That guy might be able to steer you in the right direction if you can find out who it was.

Dale, sorry. Sometimes I can be slow and dull of wit. May be able to find a lawyer who has employees who are or have spouses who are beaglers. They do all the legwork on the cases anyway. If lawyers there are like the ones here, any one will take your case. What about those who represent the NRA? There should be a listing on the NRA website somewhere, and they wouldn't charge an arm and a leg (maybe your firstborn, or a hand or foot). Good luck with it.

There is an article in this months(Oct) Rabbit hunter that talks about attorneys from racoons unlimited or coondogs unlimted defending a guy who had a problem with his coon hounds being shot. They did the work pro bono for him. An organization like that might be able to refer you to someone. I don't have the magazine with me right now, but I will get the info and post it for you that might be a start in the right direction.

Aaron a couple of these post have made me smile!! Adam and Ramey you made me smile and brightened the day. Big dog I saw that article in the Rabbit Hunter, I will be contacting them as soon as I get a day off. Does anybody know who the person was in Ohio that sued the ARHA and won. I think that Gerald Bailey owned it then.
Thanks
