ARHA HALL OF FAME????

Post by MasonsBeagles »

Someone help me out on this trying to figure out how many points off the top of my head that Pine Mt Chester has to be inducted as a reproducer. Here are the hounds that I know of. There are and will be more I am sure of it.

Dam: Bruner's Lynn
1. Vests Lacey- GR RCH, she has won at least two state hunts that I know.
2. Bruner's Fanny-R Ch (May be a Grand)
3. Vest's Tipper- Bench Champion (never trialed like she should have been)
4. Cody's Sharpe Clyde- RCH (Not sure on the name except Clyde) Jim Abshire owned him. Elden Wolfe finished him

Dam: Pine Mt Spirit
1. Osbourne's Spade- RCH , winner of Big 5, placed in top five at Big 5, Placed in top 10 at Big 5. Not sure what else.
2. Pine Mt. Cleo-R CH/Bench champion.

Dam: Pine Mt Gracie
1. Abshires Levee Road Junee- Winner Big 5 Hunt
2. Cody's Sharpe Star (name???)-Bench Champion

Those are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head and I cant remember how to figure it up. I assume he is well on his way but probably has a way to go.

Fanny is still a Champion I haven't seen her at a trial in the last two years. He is on the way but still has a ways to go. He should have a bunch of dogs hitting the circuit in the nxt couple of years.

Will,
Going by Big Dogs points system, and if the Fanny dog is a Grand, he would have 73 points toward HOF Reprod. or 68 if Fanny only finished to champion

Looks like LP HOF reproducer is a lot harder to make than PP HOF reproducer......has there ever been a dog make HOF Reproducer in both formats?

Take care,
Randy

I knew he had to be close. Thats not bad considering those bitches and Pine Mt. Lu-Lu are about the only ones that he has been bred too up until about two years ago. Lu Lu's pups went to all gun hunters I think along with the others from those litters. Oh Pine Mt. Little Bib (name???) Not sure where hers ended up either. Id say he will be there for sure.

Hall Of Fame reproducer

Post by Chip E »

Thanks Big Dog for posting the point system on there for me as I would have done the same thing. Also I need a copy of all of the dogs reg. papers, Sons or Daughters showing the Sire, and all the Rabbit champion papers or Grand Rabbit Champion papers, or Bench Champion papers or Grand Bench Champion papers also. And if the dog has won a Big 5 Hunt I need a copy of the win slip of the Hunt as well. Alot of paperwork and a lot of checking for any award goes into this, the deadline is Dec. 31 for the World Hunt Banquet each year. Thanks for the question as I will always try to answer anything that I can. I hope everyone has a good time at the Spring Nationals as I will not be there this year.

Because he was never NKC registered, the number was put on him by NKC so they could keep up with paper work or something to that effect.

NO, If you give a dog a NKC number, that means he`s registered. This issue could be changed by Chip Eisenhut-?spelling- if he wanted to. If you know Chip give him some pressure on this issue. I personally called him 2 years ago and he decided right after I talked with him not to induct Turbo. Well Chip, if you owned Turbo I bet we would see a induction. If Ron and Fred wanted they could do the right thing and see to it that he was inducted. If he was Sangoman Ridge he would have been 4-5 years ago. We need to push this through. He is already a hall of Fame reproducer in our books, but lets give some recognition.!!

I am all about turbo getting his due topgun , but why would chip change things around for him after the fact? He may be the best reproducer i have seen in quite a while , but you dont pressure arha , i would like to see it for don , just dont plan on it . ;)

Pressure helps sometimes...................... But if they are that sure they do not want him there its almost a dead cause.

I bet they made a few bucks registering his pups , Grand pup and so on.

I will have to check and see when I get home from work, but I think they may have Turbo listed as a RCH on my dogs papers. That would be funny for a number just to track a dog.
