thats the thang about Mountaineer fans we may take a loss but at the end of the day we're still Mountaineer fans. Cards played a good game and beat a good team. the Slaton fumbles set the tone for the rest of the game. all you can do is shake hands and say good game, then lick your wounds and rebound next week.

We had the couple mistakes that I hoped Louisville would have. Louisville played a great game. The coach done a great job and Brian Brohm couldn't have played better. The whole city of Louisville was ready for the Mountaineers and my hat is off to them. The Mountaineers will be back and will bring that running game to whoever they play. All I can say is GET READY LEWEYVILLE, you have to come to Motown next year. The Mountaineers will be bird huntin....

I missed the game because I was out running dogs.
I saw the score on the 11:00 news and realized that I had more fun than those Mountaineer Fans that watched the game.

Hey Jimmie,my pick for the national title game at the beginning if the season was OSU and Leweyville and that was before all your injuries.Very good and underrated team there.

That was one of the best games any of us will watch this year . I fear the rutgers . They have always planned for the louisville game all year . You boys aint got nothing to hide from . Great team and great coaching staff at wv , see ya boys next year . Buckeyes are going down .

Buckeyes going down? Thats some funny stuff. Loui may be a good team, but they are not close to matching the talent that Ohio state or Michigan has....Good luck with Rutgers....your going to need it. I just hope you didn't start bragging about the bucks to soon....they may never make it there after that game.

I never get my hopes up in a big game like that when WV is playing. They don't play smart enough football to come through in a clutch. Esp an away game of that caliber. They have made stupid mistakes all year but hadnt played a good enough team for those mistakes to matter. Slaton really disappointed me. I understand he may have been hurt. But I think he was pouting more than anything. How can you sit on the sideline for a whole quarter and let watch your team go down by 2 more touchdowns and then decide you want to play. He could have atleast been a decoy or a blocking back if he didnt have enough strength to hang onto the ball. White is twice as dangerous when Slaton just walks on the feild. Louisville played a heck of a game, but I dont think either team can play with Ohio or Michigan. They will both do good to make it through the rest of the season without another loss. (Or first loss) Just my two cents.

Heck of a game. You have in my opinion, two of the top coaches in the country in Petrino and Rodriguez. Wish UK had either one. Hope like heck UofL ends up playing for national title.

OSU - great offense
OSU - good defense

Louisville - great offense
Louisville - poor defense

I think you boys need that Slaton or what ever his name is jusging lp trials. I dont think i have ever seen someone move like that young man. If he gets his head fixed he will be a big mony player.
