Just got a 2 collar system from Santa. Boy are they nice. Gotta get 2 more collars and I'll be ready. Anyhow The Question is What prongs are yall using on them? I compaired it to my beagler 3 collar system they look like they protrude out about the same . The Beagler has a big flat spot in between the studs and are a hair wider. But just looking at them they really look short. Any body had any trouble with the short studs?

You need to put the collar on a little tighter than you did the older ones. This still won't be tight enough to hurt the dog. wwdorroh

Does your new collar have the tone feature? I was looking at some sites and looked like the new classics and trashbreaker didn't have the tone feature?

Both the 70 and Trash have the tone feature, I've got both.

I have the Trashbreaker EXP and yes it has the tone feature..Very nice set up and it has worked flawlessly in the cold, swamp, marsh and briars.I use the prongs it is sent with and keep the collar snug as I dont want it hanging loose for an opportunity to have it get snagged.

I may need to clarify what I said earlier. You may need to tighten up a little but not enough to hurt the dog. (sorry if I misled anyone.) wwdorroh

You can also order and get a longer set of contacts if you wish. wwdorroh

I always change the contact points to the long ones. You don't have to worry about not making contact when you want to.
