Welcome to beagling.
Check - once the rabbit is up and running then a loss occurs, the first dog to straighten out the line and advance it receives a "check"

Line control - dogs ability to hold the track between his feet. The closer he is to the line, the more line control he has. A dog that wanders back and forth on the line or over runs the check would be called a swinger.

Plenty of foot- just means the dog is fast, prefferably as fast as his nose will let him run without loosing the line.

Mouth - Can mean the type of bark ;chop, bawl ect. It can also refer to how the dog uses his mouth; Tight mouth, won't bark till he is on top of the rabbit. Loose mouth or mouthy dogs will pop off at the slightest hint of a scent, even if they can't run it.

Good luck with your dogs, they seem well bred. Dave
