My sons spring longbeard!! 4-23-07 8:25am/ 17&1/2 pound 9 inch beard 1&1/2 inch spurs (he always gets his bird spring and fall good deer hunter also thanks for looking

Bondsbeagle thats a fine spring bird. That bird has a paintbrush for a beard!! Congradulations to him

Thanks JC he's proud of himself as well as i am too. that bird would have went over 20 pounds had he not been struttin so much his wing feathers look like they been cut clean with scissors lol heres a pic!!

Congrats!!! I also got mine 4-23-07 6:25am 22lbs 10 1/2 beard 1" 1/8 spur Can't wait till tomorrow for a double with my buddy. I'm addicted to turkey hunting. I had better stop here b/c I can go on and on about turkey hunting. LOL

My son is a turkey addict also lol he made his own call out of a tarpon shell and piece of slate that he used to fool this old bird. ( the bird was call smart hes been after him and other people have also for 2 seasons) He almost got him sat morning then sunday he wouldnt talk so i let him stay off scholl today told him to try his call he made and presto (fooled the old lad)!!!
