Noticed my 10 yr old female beagle is staggering a bit and left front paw seems limp. no other signs are outwardly available except lump at left shoulder. Just noticed 6/7 evening. What is it?

Snakebite? Bee sting? Other than the lump, sounded like a stroke or heat exhaustion. Too early for warble flies, I would think.
