To all the dads. Chad Plunkett, have a good time with Dustin on your first fathers day. I'm heading to the lake with my 2 girls, hope the fish are biting and the boat stays afloat!

May God bless all the fathers out there today with the knowledge of the blessings and responsibilities He has given each of us to raise and enjoy our children. Be thankful each day!

Hope ya'll have a great day!!! We're pull'n a double today as one of the boys wanted to start his vacation next week early...
So the kids give me my fathersday yesterday...
We did a tune-up on my daughters car(and they helped ), mowed off around the pond (they helped again... ),
fried up the crappie and catfish we caught last week, played washers, put on the new tie-downs they got me for the boat and at dark, went in and watched the dvd of Lonesome Dove they bought me...
I was up way to late last night bring in the cattle with ole Gus, for the drive up north...

Happy Fathers Day, y'all. Only one father left in my family these days - my oldest son has a son, and I think they are spending the weekend at the Indy Jazz Fest. We may be porch monkeys later this evening with a pizza and some beer.
