I JUST GOT AN UPSETTING CALL A FEW MINUTES AGO AND THOUGHT I WOULD PASS IT ON TO YOU ALL:

REGGIE EVENS,WHO WE ALL HAVE RAN DOGS WITH AND JUDGED MANY A CAST WAS IN A PRETTY BAD ACCIDENT LATE LAST NIGHT,HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO CABELL HUNTINGTON HOSPITAL IN HUNTINGTON WVA AND IS IN THE I.C.U.

APPARENTLY HE WENT INTO A CORNER AND LOST CONTROL AND I GUESS FLIPPED HIS TRUCK,DON'T QUOTE ME ON THAT CAUSE I AM GETTING SECOND HAND INFO FROM A MUTUAL FRIEND.

APPERENTLY REGGIE WAS TORE UP PRETTY BAD AND HIS LIVER IS EITHER PUNCTURED OR SEVERED,BOTTOM LINE IS HE NEEDS YOUR PRAYERS

REGGIE IS A GOOD GUY WHO CARRIES A WALLET FULL OF MEMBERSHIP CARDS FROM LP CLUBS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY,HE IS ALWAYS THE FIRST GUY TO SIGN THE JUDGES BOOK TO VOLENTEER AND WOULD TAKE HIS SHIRT OFF HIS BACK TO HELP ANYONE,I AMAGINE HIS DAD BILL IS UP AT THE HOSPITAL,I AM GONNA HEAD UP THERE THIS WEEKEND,NO LATER THAN MONDAY HOPEFULLY,MY TRUCK IS BROKE DOWN OR I WOULD BE THERE NOW...

IF YOU ALL WOULD,JUST TAKE A MINUTE AND THINK OF REGGIE AND TALK TO THE MAN UPSTAIRS TO HELP HIM OUT,I WAS TOLD HE WAS IN SURGERY ALL NIGHT AND IS STILL NOT OUT OF THE WOODS.

JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH REGGIES SISTER,HE IS OUT OF SURGERY BUT STILL IN ICU,HE BROKE HIS NOSE AND ONE OR BOTH LEGS,SUFFERED HEAD TRAMA,AND SEVERED HIS LIVER IN TWO PLACES WICH IS CAUSING HEAVY ENTRNAL BLEEDING.SHE IS IN GOOD SPIRITS AND HAS A GOOD OUTLOOK AND FEELS THAT HE IS GONNA MAKE IT WICH IS A BLESSING,AS LONG AS HE PULLS THROUGH SHE SAID HE WILL BE A WHILE BEFORE HE CAN RUN DOGS AGAIN BUT LIKE I TOLD HER,HIS HEALTH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT.

I TOLD HER THAT YOU ALL ARE PRAYING FOR HIM AND SHE WANTED ME TO THANK EVERYONE FOR THAT,IF YOU WANT TO CALL AND SEND YOUR BLESSINGS OR JUST CHECK UP ON HIM THE HOSPITALS NUMBER IS 304--526-2000,THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT.

That sure is terrible.....Thoughts and prayers go out to Reggie and his family.

What is the name of the hospital? Some of them have email message centers for each patient then his wife or sister could print them all and save them for him when he's ready to read them.. It might also be good to send him cards in the mail so, that he can read them when he is feeling up to it ;-)

HE IS IN THE ICU AT CABELL HUNTINGTON HOSPITAL IN HUNTINGTON WVA,304-526-2000.HIS SISTER SAID HE WOULD BE IN ICU FOR AT LEAST 4 MORE DAYS,SO I WOULD SAY HE IS GONNA HAVE A LONG STAY AND MAYBE EVEN SOME IN PATIENT RE HAB,I AM GOIN UP THERE MONDAY AFTERNOON,I WILL SEND HIM YOUR BEST WISHES.

May God bless Reggie and his family . Doesn't Reggie have a young
son about 11yrs old who travels to some of the hunts with him ? I know
the little guy was with Reggie or some of Reggie's family at the MCBC , the little guy took up pretty good with me . We should all remember that kids like to be noticed too . I sure do wish Reggie and his family all the best .
