I have a friend who owns the G2 70 not the EXP . What we were wanting to know was could he buy used collars (already programmed) and add them to his transmitter ?

His System has the up / down switch for six collars . He has four collars but wants to add more .

Any input will be appreciated .

as long as they are g2 collars,,,,,i bought a new classic 70 exp with 3 collars,,,,,,,,then i bought a new sport 50 g2 and a new sport 60 g2 for 100 dollars for both, these collars married to my unit,,,,,,so now i have a 5 dog unit,,,,,,, i have 690 in a brand new 5 dog classic 70 exp,,,,,

hey how you putting 6 collars on a g2,,,,,,i didnt think they were expanable to that many dog,,,,,,

i fit is g2 u can keep marrying them till u run ourt of room on ur transmitter.my friend hillbilly had a 4 dog i went running with him and i told him he just needed some more collare whethther they bsay exp or not so we married 2 of mine on his to show him

i have the 70 g2 3 dog but my transmitter only has 3 buttons i could probally charge 6 batterys if i had more cradels but the transmitter only 3 buttons so it wouldnt work for me jb

The one I'm questioning about is a four dog , it has 3 bottons but also has the up/down switch for 3 other collars .

yes jude if it has the flip switch u can have 6 on it!

chip e. told me that if you have a g2 four dog that your trasmitter is only set up for four collars.if you loose a collar you can marry it to your transmitter to replace the collar that you lost.on the old g2's whatever they are set up to be is all that they can be.

if it has the toggle switch i bet its the g2 exp,,,,,,,

that is NOT correct red brush kennels it is just as preacher says i have the 1st series g2 and bought a 4 dog system and i can marry 2 more collars to it to fill the last two slots....... (it works i have tried it)......

If you have a 4 Dog G-2 you can Expand it to a 6 Dog not a problem that is what I have and I have done, you just marry them to the Transmitter like you do the EXP model Jude you know what I want for the receivers and the Collars and the Cradles and also a Dual Charger.
