First thing I would do is take his temp, should be around 101-102 check his gums for color.. should be pink not white and when you press on the gums the color should fill quickly back in. Has this puppy just had a vaccination? Could it have gotten into anything poison? Are there other puppies and if so, are they fine? Could one of the children fallen on the puppy.. Just some ideas but, its a hard one to give a clear cut answer to.

vaccinated 3 days ago some table scraps were thrown out and id been feeding these pups by throwing puppy food in the brush. when they come out of the pen they hit any brush they can find [to get to the point in my profession with poultry, with a feed change of a higher energy feed or a feed outage for a long period of time poultry experience the same symptoms i saw today known to the industry as knock down. long story short 4 hours from symptoms puppy seems fine.

If you have had any rain or even frost or dew some food they missed might have become moldy. Mold can cause those types of symptoms. Sounds like all is well now so, thats good!
