bee stings

one of my dogs appears to have been stung on the neck and it looks pretty swelled up does anyone know of a fix or home remedy to help the swelling go down or should i just let nature run its course and time be the healer. she doesn't seem to uncofortable and it is not affecting her breathing thanks in advance Dave

I think I had the same thing a couple of weeks ago and I gave him Benedryl once a day until the swelling went down. You might also look for bite marks - could be a snake bite as well.

had the same thing happen years ago, but it was a nest of yellow jackets that borrowed in the ground in the kennel. The hound swole up, wouldnt eat and was moving very slow. Turns out he was allergic to the stings, the vet gave him Benedryl and some steriods to help regain his strength.
