Why is it always the best ones?

Sad day here at my place today. Was on my way home from work and found my 9 month old male in the middle of the road
Somehow he got off of his chain. Never seen one this young with any more heart or desire to run a rabbit in my life.
I had made a post a couple of months ago about how he got started. Was running my other dogs near the house, and he climbed a 6 foot high chain link fence to go to them. He honestly jumped right in and started on his own. After that, i had to tie him out cause he kept climbing out to go find a bunny. The first time i took him out to solo him, he jumped and ran his own rabbit for about 45 minutes like he was tied to it. Can't help but think of what might have been. I sure am going to miss that little fella. I would like to thank Pete Tuck for selling him to me.
R.I.P little buddy
