Pink Ointment for Sled Dogs

Post by dogrunnerone »

I need help with any info on this product and where I can get it. I have a dog that has his pads cut to pieces and have been most of this winter due to the ice/snow that we had gotten and running him. Everytime I think I have them healed up to a point that I feel I can get him out, they tear open again. He is very aggressive in his running style and he gets very sore and should be by the looks of his feet. I have tried pad heal, pad kote and tuff foot and none of them are doing the job. This weekend at the Indiana State hunt a guy suggested this pink ointment that they use on sled dogs, said it was the best he had found for this. I need to try something new because nothing else is working. Any help on this product would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

I have some stuff here that works better than anything I have ever seen for pads on dogs feet. You can get some from Elwood. IT WORKS!!!! It is a cream that has Sulfer in it.

Call the Aurora Animal clinic in Fairbanks alaska. They will take your order over the phone. I have ordered the pink ointment from them several times, There is nothing on the market that can heal a pad as fast as this product.

Craig,

I have had some bad pads on dogs and after 1 week and sometimes even less of pint ointment they were all healed up and tough as nails. put it on them once or twice a day and massage it into the pad real good. I have been using it for about 5 years now.

its a miracle cream, just ordered some today.. Aurora quit selling it. Healed a split pad in a few days on a dog. I had her pad stitched because it was cut in two, two weeks and still not healed, pink ointment arrived and within 3 days the stitches were popping out and I removed them, running the dogs again within 5 days like nothing had ever happened... Just got back into dogs and its a first get for the dog box even before I hit the field.
