I am dead serious here, I got a 17 month old dog that just seems like he needs to poop when he is running a rabbit, when he's in a check he will just plant a fence post right in the middle of the line, then will continue the search for the check. I know the old saying "when you gotta go, you gotta go"
but my question is should I stop feeding him the day before I run him???

There is also the old saying "If the dog hadn't stopped to take a @#$%, he would have caught the rabbit". LOL I couldn't resist. Does he do it in every check or is just on the first rabbit? If he only does it on the first rabbit I wouldn't worry about it, but if he does it constantly all day I don't know what you would do.

i have seen that too and a silly pup right behind it trying to get a hot meal disgusting to the max

That`s the reason you walk the dog before he go`es out on cast.It gives him A chance to clean himself out .
