Does anyone know of anybody around the Williamsport, PA. (central PA, Lycoming county) area that has a starting pen or that starts dogs for you? A guy at work wants to get a dog, but doesn't know a whole lot about starting them. I'm just getting into all of this also, but told him to just train him to listen to him, get the dog on rabbits, and get a shock collar...that's all I did and working out so far. Think he wants to take the easy way out and not put the time into it. But anyways thought I would ask, Thanks!
